AVS d.o.o. attaches the highest importance to the protection of your privacy as a user. This applies in particular to the processing of personal data. It is not necessary for you to disclose personal data in order to use our website. In certain cases, however, we need your name and address as well as other information so that we can process your order. Where this is required, we will point this out to you accordingly. In addition, we only store and process data that you provide to us voluntarily or automatically.
Collect and process
Every access to our website and the retrieval of files stored on the website are logged. This includes: retrieved file names, date and time of retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, web browser, and requesting domain. The storage serves internal statistical purposes. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. Further personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, for example in the context of an inquiry, order or registration.
Use and sharing
The personal data disclosed by you will be treated confidentially by us and will only be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for order processing, such as the disclosure of order data to suppliers. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your personal or personally identifiable information to third parties for their use. Personal data is only used to process your orders, to answer your questions and for internal compilation of anonymous statistics. Exceptions exist only for services requested by you, which include consent to use your further data, as well as for the disclosure of your data to government institutions and authorities by law. We will pass on the data collected and stored with your consent to business partners within the framework of contractual agreements, as this is necessary for your interest. Of course, our business partners are required and obligated to comply with the statutory data protection provisions.

AVS d.o.o. will not transfer data to non-EU countries without your consent, unless it is necessary for the business transaction and expressly permitted by the DPA.
Right of information and objection

The right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.
Deletion of personal data
Stored personal data will be deleted if the user of the website and/or customer revokes the consent to the storage, if their knowledge is no longer required to fulfill the purpose pursued with the storage or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. Data for billing and accounting purposes are not affected.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. with the additional function “AnonymizeIP”. This means that IP addresses are not stored and processed in full, but only in abbreviated form, in order to exclude any direct inference to the person. Google Analytics also uses cookies. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We assure you that we store your personal data with the aid of all technical and organizational possibilities in such a way that they are not accessible to third parties. When communicating by e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so we recommend that you send confidential information by post.
